I just signed onto SBR contests for the first time and it claims I played Beat the Prick NFL. That isn't true.

Only newly funded sportsbooks accounts created through SBRcontests.com are able to participate, or contestants that have any remaining contest credits.

What was the text of the message you saw? After logging into SBRcontests you would be able to click the Register Now for MLB and add a sportsbook account.

well, I was looking at account history. It says nothing for the months, but claims I lost a few BTP picks when I have never played in BTP.

I believe this was a condition because they used to give additional bonuses specifically for signing up through sbrcontests links and making a larger deposit then the min required but it looks like they cut the extra bonuses in addition to decreasing the prize pool? so my question is the 5x rollover still in effect as well?

I was going to sign up for an account at one of the books independent of this and figured I would get some more contest credits at the same time but since the rollover at the book is less then the 5x required by SBRcontests it now seems kindof dumb to add over a $1000 in rollover just to receive some more contest credits with the now reduced prize amounts and no extra bonuses... Am I reading this right?

The long answer is no.

Basically, in order to process the bracket entries properly a credit was debited from each contestant, however; those debits are scheduled to be reversed Monday morning.

most people who got credits probably got them during registration for BTP last fall. I think everyone got 4 or 5 credits, can't remember exact number.

login to sbr contests at top of page or sbrcontests.com and click on my account. it should tell you the contests you've entered and how many contest credits are left.

Bud i did that and found my credits ans still can't figure out how to register. Any ideas?

this weekend was a national moderators holiday. They all took spring break. It happened at the other forum I post on as well.

People were getting away with rape and murder left and right.

I would hope that this credit reversal would also include the credit that was debited for last september's baseball contest that was promised to be restored and hasn't been 6 months later.

The contest starts April 6th so you will not be able to view anything other than the info page after clicking the 'Register Now' sign regardless of having a credit.
