#176the way they're playing now they would. and Duncan was huge against LeBrick/Heat, but is basically done now. personally don't think the Spurs would've gone 8-0 against Pistons and Hawks. and OKC really should be up 3-1 here.Comment -

#177If okc does want to win this series game 5 is a must, you aren't gonna get games like that from waiters or Adams again on the road, it has to be Durant then Westbrook, hopefully Westbrook realizes thatComment -

#180Time to bet okc series, will still get a good # and dont see SA recovering after failing to take advantage of the best game they are going to get out of parker. Mills and West have been trash coming off the bench. Dont see where they will get their third scorer/second unit scoring from. And while I dont see Waiters having a game like that, I think you can expect Kanter/Adams to continue to own the boards against Diaw/West since Timmy is riding pime due to his inability to defend Adams pick n roll.Comment -

I've been watching the NBA for over 30 years. There is literally no reason why a team as talented as OKC shouldn't be a frontrunner this year. Instead, they're playing third fiddle in their own conference.Comment -

Problem is, they don't play the kind of D San Antonio and Golden State play. Spurs are No. 1. Warriors are No. 4. Thunder aren't even in the Top 10. That's a big reason why they're still ringless -- they've never made the consistent defensive commitment it takes to win a championship.Comment -

OKC has major lapses on defense but they were very good down the stretch tonight. In a playoff series, they are far more engaged than they would be in the regular season so the stats don't mean much. I agree, they still have issues from time to time but even Enes fukking Kanter was playing good defense down the stretch tonight.Comment -

#191They've been to three Western Conference Finals and the NBA finals despite the fact that one year Westbrook got injured in the playoffs and another year Ibaka got injured in the playoffs. Despite those injuries they've been close. I'm not sure where your coming from that they haven't "sniffed" a title when they've played for one when they were healthy.
Also, the Spurs two best players aren't that old (Aldridge and Leonard).
The Warriors are an all-time great team and the Spurs had an all-time great season as well but they were overshadowed by GSW. It's not like OKC is choking to teams that they are better than.

I think he'll sign a one year deal to stay in OKC to give it one more go with Westbrook next season. If they don't get it done next season, then I could definitely see them both leaving.
Westbrook's contract is up next year.
