    Good luck.
You won't find the answers to becoming a better handicapper by studying the racing form alone though. Lot's of great information out there both in books and on some forums from a few sharp individuals. Take in as much info as you can and pick your spots for bets carefully. Trying to find a good bet in every race is just about impossible.

Biggest mistake a horse player naked is bettin too many races . Players jump from track to track looking to bet anything.

        Completely agree.
So many horse players lose a small fortune but it is not because handicapping is insanely difficult. There are so many tracks and races going off all day everyday it becomes a chasers wet dream. Not to mention that each race provides so many ways to lose money with exotics.
This same aspect of the game can be beneficial for someone with decent handicapping skills and the discipline to only put money down on the few opportunities that pop up everyday that acutally contain value.
