No booze in it for sure. I had 4 choices. Watermelon, Cherry, Mountain-dew and blueberry. I chose the cherry. Good stuff.

and you can consider it a calorie free drink for you.. you will burn 320 cals walking 2 miles, and the drink is around 320 calories, so it's like you never had it..
