I have made a withdrawl request from SIA about 10 days ago. I have sent all the documents that they have asked for, emailed then, but i have never gotten a solid reply as to what has happened with my withdrawl request.
The strangest thing is that i got an email confirming the withdrawl has been processed and that the money was sent to my bank account via wire transfer, but 2 days later i get an email from them saying they still needed proof of address??? Later when i asked Customer service about the email that i got confirming the withdrawl, and that is they have informed me it has been processed, they said they had no evidense of such a transaction or such an email, he asked me to send him that email, so i had to forward the email that THEY themselves sent me, confirming the withdrawl. Now, I am still waiting for their reply. I tried calling them today and i got a lady this time and she was pissed off at me, she was like "You can/t keep calling asking about a withdrawl, you will have to wait until we e-mail you in the next 3-4 days", although I have told her that i have made this withdraw request 10 days ago, she did not care and sounded more pissed. The support of SIA offers you no answers whatsoever, and they are there just to add more lies and confuse you even more, because anything that you ask of them they will just say "the accounts department is closed for now, i can't see a record of that here, you will have to wait,sir" and many more lies. Just a load of Bull S***
I advise everyone to stay away from SIA, for their own good.
