Some books give free moneybookers payouts on certain days. At times, I have requested a payout really late on such a day and they inform me it won't be processed until the next day. Fine. I ask if the payout will still be free, however. They typically say yes.
Why do books have certain days where they'll process free payouts? And why are they willing to still offer a free payout even when it will only be processed the next day? If for some reason they had an agreement with moneybookers whereby they had free transactions on certain days, I'd understand the first question, but not the second.
