Less than 5 percent of this forum cannot do what I do. In fact Im not sure if there's anyone here who's under 30 doing this professionally, making 6 figures.

This was my first time taking someone else's ear and betting my money on it. Lesson learned. Glad I got it out of the way.

I am interested to see where Pittsburgh finishes though.

For what's it worth,.... IMO, Hockey being a game of momentum and timing lends itself to the Penguins quite possibly surprising the Capitals with a few quick victories. Washington's offense just isn't that overpowering and yet the Penguins can score 4 or 5 goals in a game quite often. Yes, Wash has a great defense, but is it enough to overcome their lack of scoring.? Crosby & Co. will be quite a challenge to overcome, maybe even winning in 6 games. On the other side, the Bruise, I mean Blues are very solid on D, very physical while Dallas D is giving up too many goals. I'll be very surprised if the Blues don't get to the Stanley Cup finals no matter who wins Sharks/Predators series. Speaking of momentum & timing, Islanders are in high gear, winning series vs Tampa Bay would not surprise me. Then getting past Penguins to reach Cup finals would. Washington have had a great year and if they are ever going to get to the finals , this would be the year. A Blues vs Capitals Cup would be very exciting. Don't have much faith in Nashville or San Jose, just not consistent enough although I would expect this series to go 7 games with outcome decided in OT.

Penguins took it in and Bruise Brothers defeat Stars. Knew Sharks/Preds would go 7 games. Tampa Bay impressive crushing Islanders but still believe Penguins defeat them. As for tonight,....either the Sharks win 5 - 2 or it's another epic close possible OT thriller.

Hockey one of the toughest sports to cap. Just look at the huge mistakes the books made in the beginning of some of the first few series. After Islanders took 1st game suddenly Tampa Bay was like + 160 to win series. Their odds change like the wind shifts. These two final series will be very tough & close. No sweeps,.... NO SWEEPS!.., that in itself is money in the bank. A little martingale betting on either Lightning or Blues will be profitable. Best of luck to you all,...+160 on Lightning tonight is worth a small wager, maybe parlayed to over. Both teams should be skating well and hustling shots.
