Anyone Ever Have SCIATICA Pain?

No sciatica pain here. Kraken I would check it with a doctor if I was you. Sport gamblers are prone to misidentifying the symptoms due to the lack of medical degree or medical experience.

Would you ask a doctor for a pick? No.

Ive seen a dr, 3-4 times now. He's a spine specialist. He wants to do a neeve conduction test in two weeks.

At my last visit, he got the results of my mri, and asked if I wanted a surgical consult, I said no.

So Im gonna roll with the advice here, hit my core and stay away from the knife.

Went to PT today, she said 2/3 of my deep tendon reflexes were absent, and the 1 that was present was week, indicating continued pressure on the nerve root at L4, L5,S1

I still have moderate weakness of the left foot, very mild pain at worst now

Overall feeling better but the absence of reflexes coupled with weakness has me worried

Im scheduled to see a surgeon in a few weeks, want to see what his opinion is. Of course he'll say surgery will make it better, but Im more curious what recovery looks like with prolonged pressure on the nerve root, with PT/Massages and Chiro. He's a good surgeon amd everything I've heard is that he's super busy, doesn't need the business and is honest

The PT said today "have you considered seeing a surgeon" I thought "fukk lady, you're my last line of defense here, your job is to keep me off the surgery table and you drop that on me?"

Basically I've got 2-3 weeks to hopefully feel even a tad bit better so I know I'm on the right path

If I don't get any better in that time, that puts this injury over 2 months old with ongoing problems that could lead to issues later. Would be tough to say no to surgery

Ya, I saw the durgeon and he said based on the herniation, it wasn't getting better

My back dr agreed as did the PT, Chiro and PCP

On a more positive note, I had a massage today. She said you can leave your underwear on or take em off, I steipped right there in feont of her, lol. She wasnt ready foe that but it set a good vibe foe the rest of the massage. Shespent a good 10-15 on my chest and anterior hip. Just before that she said she could probably do the entire massage with me face down.

Funny how quickly that changed

Pics of my penis are currently making the rounds d/t multiple PM's asking about it. For those that saw it, it got much bigger after surgery

Surgery went well, outpatient. I still have burning in my left foot but the pain is gone for now, now part of my right leg is numb

Don't know what to do with that
