Take Man Utd. Arsenal is missing Robin Van Persie and Arshavin can't play. Their other forward if he plays is Addebayor who is not very mobile and Bendtner is too young. They are also missing a few defensive players. Man U has Ronaldo, Rooney, Berbatov and Tevez up front. This is a nightmare to defend against them for 90 min.

With the line-ups I'm seeing, Man Utd is the play. I won't touch the o/u as that entirely depends on Man Utd. With the Vidic/Ferdinand pairing in Man Utd's defense and the absence of Gallas in Arsenal's defense, I don't see anything short of a Man Utd win.

Don't be ridiculous. It's like Redsox - Yankees at Fenway. If Redsox opens up at -130 it will never go down to -250 even if Nick Swisher is the starting pitcher for the Yankees.

The line won't go down to such an extent. It's always a worry when everyone is on one side, but I don't foresee either an Arsenal win or a draw - all things being equal. With sports, you never know anyways.

I understand your sentiment. The thing is, I don't see Man Utd conceding 3 goals in 2 home CL games. Having conceded 2 the last time against Porto, Ferdinand and Vidic will "die" today to ensure nothing flies past Van der Saar.
I know Walcot and Adebayor can do a thing or two upfront but I don't see them doing enough to get Arsenal a goal. The unfortunate thing for Arsenal is that they won't be underrated! Man Utd tend to concede at home against teams that they underrate! You saw how Inter Milan were frustrated at Old Trafford. Same thing will happen today to Arsenal.

I'm gonna get on this Man U bandwagon. My GF's father is a die hard united fan so I have to be as well.
We are going to game at old Trafford in September, I can't wait.

Since they have no way of fixing the game, they want to make bettors feel a Man Utd win won't be as easy as people think. Man Utd will still win. Don't mind the books.
Man Utd have the better offense, defense and GK. That says it all.
