This is wise advise. No doubt their deposit numbers are down. No doubt their withdrawals up. I would bet withdrawals exceed deposits at present and have for a few weeks now. How long that state will last and how long they can maintain the course in such a state is anyone's guess. I wouldn't take the gamble of stranding funds in case the hull finally cracks under the stress. Better to be safe than sorry and get to the sidelines while you can.
