I like how there was a guy everyday starting threads on this issue demanding SBR to respond and pissed when ever there thread was deleted. So SBR gathers the facts and responds to everyone concerned with assurance they will be in the know. So my question becomes where are all these people now? They couldnt stop talking about this issue so SBR gives them what they want and it's fukin crickets.

Nothing will be deleted. The only thing that will happen from now on regarding this issue will be that all the repetitive threads will be merged into one.

It's lovely that people like to believe they're the postman with the early mail but it's simply not the case this time. SBR needed to do some groundwork and ensure that what we put out there was factual and not whoreshit the rain is falling theories coming from kids sitting in their mama's basements 10,000kms away. As far as my opinion if 5D will go under? Well... is there a "serious issue" in Costa Rica? As long as their license is in good standing... I don't see an issue. Didn't Tony say a million times... he HAS NO TIES TO THE USA? Doesn't own anything here... ZERO TIES.

I thought people like Pinnacle... BetJamaica/The Greek.... BoDog... had ties to the USA. If you own land... or do "other" business in the USA... yes you're basically screwed. Tony said numerous times... he has no ties. Unless he lied?!?!? We don't know.

All the US Feds can do is shut down the Amazon GC situation. And I'm sure Tony is pissed... because that's a lot of funds LOCKED UP. Will those funds hurt the operation of 5D? I don't know?

I don't see 5D dying out. Just my opinion... as of today... and the known facts.

I'm waiting on a DCFA right now. its been 7 days. all of my other DCFA transfers were done in 3-4 days. I'm curious to know if my bank is checking the transaction. the DCFA's are processed via your debit card and they show up as a "net rebate" with your bank.
