moneybookers - withdrawal fees differ by book
Never really understood this, most if not all the Aussie/Euro books offer free withdrawals via moneybookers, 5Dimes has one free w/d and then its $15 per w/d, Matchbook charges nothing to withdraw via moneybookers then there's CRIS/DSI they offer one free then charge (alot) according to withdrawal amount. Justbet only charges $5, BetPhoenix charges $20.

CRIS's fees are by far the highest I've seen for a moneybookers withdrawal.

Some books will find creative ways to scrape a little off the top. Whatever they can get away with, I suppose.

A book like Intertops is great. No charge.

I think Bookmaker grabbed like 75 USD on my last Moneybookers payout.
