so i charged it back. easy solution.

and yes, i am right, there is nothing they can do about it. i have my money back already and i've taken my business to a better sportsbook.

i have no problem losing when i lose, but when i'm cheated, i'll fight back.

these only casinos can't do anything to american users when they charge back. here's how it works. you charge back through your credit card and the processors send the money back to you. then the casino emails and says they will send my name to a collection department (bogus) and report me to the credit reporting agencies (also bogus).

first, they can't collect on gambling money in the US because online gambling is illegal there. second, they can't report the debt because it isn't legal. if i don't pay my cocaine dealer, what's he gonna do? call the cops? LOL

x35109 this is completely illogical, online casinos are impossible to beat long term so they have no reason to cheat you they will get that money sooner or later anyways. It is not in their or your best interest to pull something like this. Anyone who has been around the block in this industry knows what happened here. You got mad you lost and chargedback which sooner or later will get around and some book will take you money or deny you service. A game that is already HUGE in the houses advantage is not one they will cheat you on and try to discourage you from continuing to play. Storytelling down pal.

Anyone who is around more than a day or two would file a legit complaint and attempt to get back the winnings not just their original deposit. Not much of what you have claimed holds any water.

i didn't know i could file a complaint on this site, i'm new here. i will do that.

i lost money because the casino was ripping me off. (which took me below my deposit balance). therefore its better to charge back and come back to break even than it is to let these ass hats keep my money and be in the hole with them. think about it man, its pretty logical. lol

bottom line, these guys didn't care when their software screwed me and they wouldn't even respond when i asked them about it.

so i took my money back and i suggest no one use these guys.... they aren't even top rated on this site and i shouldn't have used them. neither should you. just stick with the books that are rated "top" by this site.

Guys, don't be sheep. They have the same casino software as dozens of books. Did this guy complain when he was winning? Or just when the dealer got hot? I don't know the whole story but ask yourselves this one important question please. Do you honestly think companies like Justbet and highly rated books just magically earned a good reputation and have managed to stay in business for 15 years by ripping off people? We all know the answer.

I personally will vouch for them. You win, they pay, you lose, they keep the money. Simple! There are many books that do the same. Can you please everyone all the time? Of course not. Guys get bitter when they lose and sometimes look for someone to blame.

Personally, I have gone to land based casinos and got on a run and won tons. Then, stupidly I never quit while I was ahead. I got greedy. I should have quit while I was up. I know we've all been there.

Just use you common sense and don't believe everything that you read.

Too bad that all those that win in the casino and sports, get paid and are loyal patrons for years do not comment as often as the ones with negative comments do. Unfortunatley, those players just go on with their gambling business. Thankfully most players here and other sites don't buy into these comments.

Futhermore, several years ago I worked for an online casino and I had a guy that deposited 20K a week playing 3 card poker. He lost over 200K and he would cal me all the time. One night as I was leaving my shift, he called and asked me for a freebie. I gave him a $2500 chip. Came in the next afternoon and he was up over $350K. Then he asked to have his limits raised. I did. Then He lost it 200K in 7 hours. He was drunk as hell. I called him several times, practically begging him to stop. Tomorrow's another day man I pleaded with him. He wouldn't take my advice and by midnight he was at zero.

I played at JustBet last football season - and hit them for ~$6500. They paid me [after giving me sh*t about cashing out] but paid w/in 4 days. I only stopped using them b/c they lacked the options many other books have. Solid book.

Ok, well I don't knpw what you consider "a bunch of money" but I am assuming with a 2k deposit it has got to be several hundred minimum prob over 1k more would be considered a "bunch" by my definition but at least a few hundred and I don't know how much you were playing per hand of blackjack but I can't see it being a shit load as most people don't play a lot per hand online. This does make sense except for the fact that why would you continue playing if this "glitch" repeatedly happened over and over again? I don't think you went from being up a bunch to down less than your principle off just a few hands unless you have a big self control problem in the casino and were playing huge $ hands which case you would have lost this money anyways. I do not work for justbet and they are not my top book but I have used them before without problems as it seems most of their clients here have. They offer huge bonuses and even refund ** deposits starting at $100. They are a great out IMO for rec bettors looking to get the most bang for their buck. They are upfront payouts take a bit longer, have low limits, and vanilla lines but still have good value through the bonuses etc. Just don't like to see a decent deserving B rated book get bashed when the story isn't "all there". File a complaint and i look forward to seeing how SBR rules my guess is there will be no evidence that this problem occured. just a guess.

I would think they were honest with their casino, there is no reason to cheat anyone there, the percentages will do the job for them. Playing in the casino is definitely a tax on the statistically impared, and anyone who complains about losing when the deck is stacked against them is double stupid. Once for playing, two for bitching when the inevitable happens.

again probably the third time i wrote this.. its a small book.. it's a rec book.. they dont want huge action.. but the few times i used them.. i was able to call in twice and get them to take 2x the max bet on the event...

they also paid me the two times i requested a payout.. they were also very quick about it...

its not an amazing book by any means.. but its a solid book.. with what I can tell honest people
