The next wave of SCAMS to feast on online gamblers.
    MONEY PROCESSORS

Guys, here in Costa Rica wheels are turning a million miles an hour with people preparing to offer their own money processing service to replace Neteller.

SBR will introduce a new section designed to monitor all processors and player feedback. Look for it by the end of the year.

This area has always been an area ripe with scams such as Securebux. This scam took the industry for millions and brought several books even big books like Canbet to their knees.

Remember, you give these processors some very valuable information. If those behind these processors have scammed in the past or refuse to disclose who is behind them you must pass or risk being scammed in a very big way.

Cool that SBR will offer ratings or player feedback. I wrote up some research on this way back for SBR. Almost half those processor aren't working with the US anymore or won't soon. Hopefully a couple good new ideas can start that are legit.

Freebie, just curious, when solidpay "keeps calling me", what exactly are they saying or asking?. I would be very interested in hearing what they say or ask.

                    Thanks in advance.

We are going to see egold, e-silver, investment account ewallets and all types of solutions scurry to pick up where Neteller leaves off.

Probably most will start as legit business ventures. Then again, most will default into scams once its clear their model is not going to advance to the market-share winners circle.

For those out their who plan to be a player in this, one thng that will greatly improve your chances: excellent customer service.

I have dealt with multiple complaints on moneybookers concerning fraud. There are a lot of problems with this, especially in eastern Europe.

I've also tracked a dispute between Moneybookers and Click2pay, where the player is basically getting screwed by the 2 payment providers.

At this point, I would recommend against using either of these 2 providers.

The ones that have an Instacash/eCheck type of feature that works from the book's site will do well. Even if the player is using a new processor he is unsure of, he only has to sweat the deposit for a few seconds. Looks like Click2Pay has that going for them.

These places need to give better first impressions. I called Solidpay and left a message at 5PM with the answering service, waiting for someone to call me back. Website's demo and tours are "unavailable." It doesn't instill confidence in the first timer wanting to get down on a game.

I wish the the top 5-7 books (You know who I mean) would get together and have ONE $$ processor w/Debit Card other than Neteller.

                              btw--- I like WSEX's First-Pay Card, wish WSEX/MatchBook would workout a deal with Oly/BetJam, Pinny, 5Dimes & CRIS.

Sadly, they dont trust each other !

A player's Moneybookers account got hacked. Money was transferred to other moneybookers accounts, and then sent to sportsbooks.

Moneybookers was less than forthcoming on where all the player's money went - it would not identify the books where money was sent.

You can be sure that Neteller would have the same approach to this problem. They represent the interests of their merchants, not their individual users. If you're a VIP, that just means that instead of the normal screwjob they hand out, your getting royally screwed.

That is sad; so Justin, do you or SBR think, that the money are safer at some bookies (pioneers or UK) than at money processors?

What do you recommend to players that abort playing for, let us say, few months and do not want to withdraw?
