In the top five right now. The CS there is really first rate. As I have mentioned before, you might not always get paid the way you want--BUT they will pay you.
Another thing that I find refreshing, they actually treat you the same way whether you are winning or losing. several A rated books at Sbr only treat you well if you lose. The minute you start pounding them it's like they have to take it personal and then start with the delays and the limit cuts etc.
TO THIS POINT IN TIME, they have the closest disposition to Pinny of any other book and superior cs.
Justin is correct. If this is a pattern (and they can straighten out their ewallet issues) they will be easily one of the top five books in the industry in 2 years.

Once they straighten out the ewallet situation (moneybookers) I may play there myself.

Well after this MLB season started I ended up with 8 outs and I seem to be using Bet Phoenix more than the other guys... Now, be advised, like other books if you are trying to get money down on a circled game it can be frustrating. They list limits as $5k online and $20k call in, but circle games are only $500... So, if you are trying to bet into the thousands and you hit a circle game you will have to place a bet and keep calling to try and get more money down as the line moves... Just fyi from my personal experience with them....
Other than that, I really like them...

Mgt. told us earlier today they are now doing transfers with Matchbook. Rollover is 2x and players are eligible for bonuses on money to Phoenix. Max transfer is $4,000 per week.

And the good news just keeps on coming from this place.
The ewallet issues are getting better, but simply put its this: you can deposit no problem via NT or MB, but its hit or miss as to whether you can then withdraw that way. something to do with having enough money on acct etc etc with the ewallets.
As I mentioned above, they will send you the money other ways, but it is an inconvenience at times. Doesn't stop me from playing there every day.

Yea, I would like it a lot better if they would pay to MB as well as accept it.
I will continue to investigate.

I used them for a bit but just keep having problems with service and payouts too. They always apologize and smooth it over and I give them another chance but no more. Tonight I was told that the manager didnt want to deal with my request/problem by Frank. I dont care if I am wanting to ask him for a blowjob or tell him about my weekend, I bought the right to speak to a manager when I sent my deposit. I have played online for 16 years and have never been treated like this before tonight. BEWARE. They may not get you right now but they eventually will. I like Charles and Vitale so I gave the book half a dozen second chances but enough is enough.

I asked about book to book transfer on live chat at Betphoenix. They mentioned there is a $20 fee in transfering funds out of Betphoenix to Matchbook. No fees for incoming transfer to Betphoenix.

For starters I called around 9:00 at night and made a request that required a manager so Frank went and asked a manager only to come back and tell me that they didnt want to deal with my issue tonight. I explained that that is no way to treat a customer that plays 7 days a week and pretty much got told too bad. I emailed Richard and told him of the problem and he told me that the service that I got is the difference between talking to an account manager and a line manager. I honestly dont think it should matter who you speak with. I feel like when I send my funds to them that buys me the right to speak with a manager whenever I wish. I have no problem being told no but I will not tolerate being disrespected by a clerk. I bet if they had to deal with us in person the service level would change from too bad and go to hell to yes sir and have a good day. There is no excuse for mistreating and customer regardless of what we are asking. I asked Frank if he would like a chance to change his tone and words because I have a lot of friends on SBR and even more on Covers.com and he laughed at the idea of me telling you guys about his crappy attitude. I will let you guys know what Richard works out with me or if I am just given the finger like last night.

Guys I talked to Richard and he jumped through several hoops to find the source of the problem at his end and more than fixed it. I was really pissed last night and this morning and felt like the clerks on the phone were just giving me the middle finger but Richard went the extra mile to put us back on track. That is the stuff that will make a "b" book an "A" book. I am sorry if I jumped the gun but I couldnt get the right help until Richard foumd the problem and more than fixed it. He will take Bet Phoenix as far up as they want to go. The next time I have a problem,I will just go to him first.

They still need to expalin the lack of readily available moneybookers payouts.
That is a showstopper for me.

This is good read.
Those of you who play big at Phoenix, have you ever been, or know of anyone, who's been collared by them?
I play 90% of my MLB at Matchbook, because some of the books have been collaring me.
Would love to add another Pinnacle-like book to my collection.
