If you filed Married Joint Return and are expecting a refund, will the check come in both names? and can one person cash it or do both people need to be present at the bank to cash the check?

Would love to know A.S.A.P??

Both/Either

Check comes in both names. As long as both people sign the back, the check can be deposited or cashed by either individual (joint account not necessary). At least that's how it is at most banks.
