Popovich single handedly cost the Spurs the title against the Heat when he benched Duncan at the end of Game 6 for no good reason. His best rebounder by far and the Spurs couldn't get a single rebound on either end in the last 2 mins of the game.
They had already wheeled out the trophy onto the floor for the Spurs, yet each trip down the floor the Spurs were coughing up rebounds and Popovich just sat on his hands like a complete moron. The announcers were going ballistic as to why he wasn't putting Duncan back in.
And then after the Spurs were humiliated in game 7, Popovich celebrated with LeBrick.
