they purposely stop sending me email statement reminders to make sure i miss the payment. charge me 15 dollars late fee plus balance at 25% interest. and when you miss a payment, they charge you finance charge processing fees for two months because they said it overlaps two statement cycles.

fvck them. i am gonna buy bunch of stuff at best buy and do chargebacks. if best buy ban me so be it. i hate best buy and credit card companies.
