Neteller - problems

I just tried to login to neteller and got an error.

Anyone else having a problem?


they are also experiencing "higher than normal call volumes" and I'm currently on hold. Live chat is unavailable.

If anyone else is having problems please post to ease my mind.

Just got off the phone they are doing some language upgrade and told me to login using the Japan link top right of main page. I did and everything went back to english.

I'm done freaking out now that someone stole my money.

I've had the same problem. CS said it might have something to do with storing the link as a favorite (which I had). They told me to retype the address (www.neteller.com) or click and go back to the home page. Both solutions worked out for me.
