Generally speaking, I don't trust executable downloaded from the internet. If you want to take a chance, try usenet. You will need to use some sort of newsleeching program like newsleecher.

Yes you need Office installed for the .rar file to do its job. No, Office doesn't come with XP Home edition. You should burn the .iso you got from the torrent to a CD to install on the other machine.
