sure, no problem.... if the kids are in MA, in all likelihood MA has jurisdiction over then under the UCCJEA. I can guide you through the Texas Family Code (which codified the UCCJEA), but if MA has jurisdiction, then MA law will apply to any child custody determination to be made.
