Thank you, I am flattered. I am also honored to be able to contribute to the good job you are doing. I liked the new arrangement, I liked how the TV and the camera were positioned.
I hated the red background though. The proper way of solving this is keying out a green screen with custom footage.
If you do not feel quite ready for that then, temporarily, I think, it makes more sense to have a custom mural as a background. You could have some of the beautiful Costa Rican scenery which I think is much more visually appealing. Or, you could have something sports themed. Just choose the picture with lots of blue (Costa Rican beach, surfing) or green (baseball park). 150"x60" should do it. That will put you down for $300-800 and is worth every penny, I guess. Later on you can just use it as an office eye candy.
