have you conidered seasonal cylical business ventures that give you months and months of free time to travel and do whatever????..... I make enough to live off of for 2 years alone, every summer (4.5 months) having my Italian Ice stands open.... its easy, the overhead is super low and people love the shit...

you want a healthy cross section of the younger 20-30 somthings singles.... and the married with young children couples......

I do very well in my lincoln park, wicker park/bucktown locations..... because I get a good mix of that... but 22% of my customers are first time buyers that just drove by and saw us.... so as always its location, location, location..... get a good corner location on 2 big cross streets of high traffic, or invest in good signage...

I recommend LSI Industries inc. for all your signage needs...
