How DO You Burn A Media Player Movie Onto A DVD?

I want to copy this movie from my windows media player onto a dvd and then play it in a dvd player.

Is this possible and what exactly do I need to do it..

JJ, do you have the movie file on your hard drive? If yes then several apps will do it. Try ULead.com

You need to convert the file into DVD format using a program like VSO http://www.vso-software.fr/download.php .

JJ I use nero...you need to get the plug in packs to do it.. Let me know i have all the stuff you need its about 40mb.

I use that software to get all my movies that are out in theatre, DL them and put them on a DVD...saves you a trip to the theatres

JJ I have the VSO program from when it was freeware (you have to pay for it after the trial now)

coach i lost both limbs in 'Nam in '68 along with a nad (fluke field mine got me). i've got a steel nutt but that was good for an extra nickel from uncle sam. they pay me 3k a month no taxes.

coach i use software voice recognization for my postings. i will not be able to recupercate on the hug but i might get some artificials soon if i turn things around with the capping

I think you need a new dvd player to get it to work. My sony is 2 years old and when I put in a DVD- or DVD+ it just does not play, it says disc error. I did all the formatting right too. I can play the copied DVD on my computer but not a dvd player. I think it is easier just to buy a big screen and save on your pc.
