    What exactly is a "side"/"sides" bet ?

    Is it a bet on the moneyline, a bet on the spread/handicapped bet or both ? Different books seem to sue the term differently

      Sides usually are point spread bets in football and hoops, the main bet you can make. In other sports where moneylines dominate like Baseball and Hockey sides are the moneyline.
