No, I bet the Caps for the series w/ alot of chalk.
I knew NY had way better goaltending but I never saw Washington not being able to score for such long stretches.

Vegas Dave predicted something like this in his write ups, I wish I listened. I just figured the Rangers were too spineless to do anything in the post-season. I've lost way too much money betting on or against the rags this season.

But this game ain't over. I need the caps to solve Lungqvist and go into the third only down 2-1...

this is so unreal, just like the philly game last night, its only because of the goaltender....they need to go back to the old days where the goaltenders wear barely nutin...did any one see patrick roy when he was ont he canadiens when he was 20? he looked skinnny, now a days, they look like sumo wrestlers...so unreal

Maybe so but there ins't an advantage to one team or the other. Same rules apply to both goalies.

something has to be done, they all look like garth snows, and its ridiculous, you dont see brodeur being as big as lundqvist....w/e hockey is falling apart,ive said it before and will continue to say it.....the shots were what like, 15-4 the second period? or was that scoring chances....eliminate the pad sizes and alot changes

also lundqvist isnt that big of a guy, weight wise, he looks skinny when the pads r off, goalies these days suck to the goalies back then, bernie parent, patrick roy, etc etc they r real goaltenders

read my post big j , i did. the only thing i didnt expect is the russian kid to step in the nets. i was worried untill now. 3-1 is a tough one to climb out of although it can be done . see yanks bos 3-0 series 7-4 lead in game 4 and whoops !! Torts is a great coach and he gets the most outa the least but this freakin Avery is a complete asshole. i used to like him untill this series / hes not a pest he a game changer . THE WRONG WAY. HES TAKEN STUPID CHEAP SHOTS AND HES GONNA COST UM EVENTUALLY. 2 in the last 5 mins tonight? come on man !!! play agressive be a nussance but BE SMART !!! LETS GO RANGERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
