5dimes does not support IE7, so if you are thinking of upgrading you might wish to reconsider. I was told they currently have no plans to address this.
Thye suggested I download Mozilla or Firefox.

Well that’s certainly an idiot decision on their part. Make your book inaccessible to Internet Explorer, the most commonly used browser.
I already can’t access 5 Dimes with IE6, but they insist this is some fluke that only seems to affect a small number of their customers that use Internet Explorer. So I can understand their not making it a priority to investigate that and change something at their end, though it inconveniences me. But I can’t believe they’d make no changes to software that they know will be incompatible with all Internet Explorer users once people gradually upgrade to the new IE7 version.
There are countless non-computer savvy folks who wouldn’t have a clue how to obtain and use a new browser; they just use whatever came with their computer. The day they can’t access 5 Dimes through Internet Explorer is the day 5 Dimes loses a lot of customers. I’d be surprised if they don’t rethink this one.

What are you talking about, I've been navigating on 5dimes with IE7 like hot knife through butter.

Tried with another computer that had IE6. That worked fine so there must be something to it.

I dowloaded IE7 last week. Just logged onto 5 Dimes a few minutes ago. I think it's just you. Their website is shit anyway. Just reinstall IE6.
