It depends on how think the plywood is. Is it 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4"?

Is it CDX, OSB or ACX?

The 2x4's also come in different grades. Are they for indoor use or outdoor use? If they are outdoor the will be pressure treated which is more expensive.
