- I mean for the love of god, how is it a woman can talk on the phone for 4 hours without missing a beat and the usual "My battery is dying" does not work they always want more... something I ran into several weeks ago.

2. Cost of TV/Internet
- AOL used to be 22.99 and I thought it was insane in the day, then netzero saved us youngsters now I pay 200 a month for cable and internet... WTF is wrong with us? Also... is it possible to get a ****ing package where you DONT get all the public access crap? Renting mandatory equipment too! GEESH.

3. Pennies, Nickels and Dimes
- All you do is throw them in the change tray in your car... they are absolutely worthless. Everything always ends up being like 10.03 and you never have the 3 cents because you should never carry pennies EVER. When you do have a pocket full of change I think no respectable person can ever pay with anything less than a quarter...

4. Dating Websites
- You pay 10-40 dollars a month to be introduced to people that frankly I would have paid the same to not be introduced to. Also gurantees you find someone... is that really possible? I want my refund!

This all may be the dumbest thing a sbr poster has done.. but I seriously seriously seriously have nothing to do. Providing something fun would be better than um nothing.

regarding #2, remember when cable first became widely available in the 80's? There was actually programing on there. It's such garbage now. Infomercials need to be illegal.

Cable was the shit back then, the hype was trying to get a blackbox. I loved it.. you felt like you were truly upgrading...

the big thing is now... what do you upgrade to? you either have cable or satellite or you are just living in the stone age (thanks VS and FSN and BTN)

i always use credit cards...even for things that cost like $1.45. for services that only take cash, they usually don;t use coins either.

i hate paying for parking...espeically meters that takes quarters cuz i never have change on me.

for #1, i just use head phone or speaker phone so i can surf the internet, read a book, or do other things while i acknowledge her conversation every 3-5 min.

for #2, be friend with your neighbor, and set up a wireless hub over there or at your place and split the cost. if you live in a house, you're getting fvcked by the property tax and the bank anyways, so internet is way down on your list of complaints.

Back then I was a huge baseball, particularly Pirates fan. I was waiting all weekend to watch the Pirates play the Mets. It was going to be on WOR. That was one of the major cable channels from NY.
So I turn on the channel, no game, no channel. I called them up and they say no more WOR. No warning, no price reduction, just **** you. Man I was pissed. There's no law on these bastards.

1. thats why u text nowadays, dont have to listen to bs, or respond if u dont want too, easy to change subjects as well,

2. tv and free internet will soon be unstoppable, just wait, but i remember burning those cards with the reader for awhile, free ppv was cool.

3. I just cashed in a small basket of pennies nickles and dimes that wasnt even full and recieved 65 bucks, coinstar is bs though at 8.9% but no way im rolling that crap for 8 bucks

4. Instead of losing 200 bucks one night gambling at home, go out get drunk and buy some hot drunk broads drinks to get em even drunker, u get a better reaction than online dating and u get laid alot faster too..

Good answers from Pico. I'll pretty much repeat what he says.

1. Talk to your chick while the ball game is going with the sound down, nobody wants to listen to the stupid announcers anyway. Just don't cheer or swear, I know it takes some practice.
2. Maybe Obama will get his internet for everyone thing going. Basic information/communication needs to be free.
3. I use my CC for everything. Now in the rare situation where I must handle cash/change, I can't believe how bad it smells or how grubby it feels. What are cash users doing to their money? Ick!
4. I agree dating sites are nothing but fatties and psychos. I don't have an answer there, just avoid. You can't do worse going to a local sports bar or even just talking to random women on the sidewalk.

Keep this going, I'm curious what you guys have to say about these timely topics.
