Like all of you, I got an email form VIP offering a "spooktacular" bonus, if I deposit by midnight on the 31st. Like all emails from them, they make it look personalized. It just says make a deposit and get your 20% cash bonus. No wher eon the email does it say anything about eligibility. No where on the email does it even suggest that one should call prior to depositing to make sure you are eligible.
Lucklily I've been around long enough to know, that sites like VIP often send out these emails only to tell you that you aren't eligible. So i got onto live chat and asked, and they came back and said, sorry you are a net winner so no bonus for you.
I just wnat to ask them, if you aren't going to give a bonus to anyone who is a net winner, why send us these emails offering a bonus. Why not just send the emails to losers. I understand when small books make these kind of errors, but there is no excuse for a book the size of VIP to be sending out such misleading emails, unless their intent is to get people like me to deposit, and then turn around and screw us by not giving us the bonus.
