Celtics may not be as good without Garnett, but the last time I checked, the Celtics won quite a few games without him, and they are in the playoffs. Maybe they aren't the best team, but they are a PLAYOFF team. Every game counts. Tell that to the Knick fans and a handful of teams that are watching the playoffs on TNT.
