opie as a long life boys fan I can tell you he isn't elite.Now I believe they will beat the hell out of miami but the only thing romo had going for him is his mother was hot. If you actually took the time to watch Romo play instead of using the lazy rings argument you would quickly change your tune. Romo has had a top ten Defense 1 time in his entire career with the vast majority of his defenses falling in the bottom 10. That great line he has had for a whopping 1 season. Aside from Witten and Dez he has been working with a very mediocre supporting cast since he started his career but don't let facts get in the way of your misguided preconceived notion of Romo.

Some observations-
I agree Romo definitely has gotten a bad rap for some mistakes that got overblown ( The "hold")
but also feel very strongly he has never been the hardest worker ( a scratch golfer) or lived up to
his talent.
Most of those QBs mentioned certainly are not better than Tony, but Flacco has to be in the conversation.

So i am not a loud mouth espn guy. I know football because i grew up in football.My uncle has had 7 guys from his youth team go pro. My cousin was the first round pick by steelers but drank to much tequilla and wrecked his porsche.I was on meat squad at miami oh before switching to rugby. The reason he has so many 4th quarter is because he penetrates up so much.How many of those comebacks are where his teamwas favored in the game and how many wore where they were the underdog. Having a bunch of family that washed out of football has absolutely zero bearing on your ability to actually understand football.
