Serious Question!

is it possible to live in America your whole life with a warrant out for your arrest? even if the individual were to lay low the rest of his life, find someone to live with, but have the house/apt in that persons name, never drive or own a car etc etc??

I think it but also depends on the warrant... If its a traffic warrant or something small they are not going to waste the man power to go out and serve it. If its a drug warrant or assault or more serious then they will eventually serve it. A guy I knew in college had a warrant for missing drug court that he forgot about and we got pulled over in Florida for speeding and they arrested him. This was like 3 or 4 years later!

Anything is possible in the US. Hell, you can have a warrant out for your arrest for a small infraction and slip through the cracks I assume.

ok lets say he, had a criminal case coming up, 3-5 years for the senetnce......cause i was in school today, and this kid was thinking bout bouncing, and this was his case
he wrote a check out to himself from a lady he knew and got cought....

You in PA? Ever been convicted? What are the charges on the warrant? PA has a decent first offender program even for crimes that carry jail time.

Not worth it to run, serve your time and move on, no chance you do anything over 6 months for a bad check first offense unless it was for like 10k +, realistically I'd expect more like probation to 3 months

my dr had me on multiple meds for my seizures and i was allll messed up couldnt walk straight etc ect. she had me sign a check and i thought it was mine for some STUPID reason, and it wasnt and htis lady was missing 800$ ..i ended up paying her back....but its not only the case, my whole life is a mess she mentally got to me, and i need to start all over..new profile....

Easier to start over when your not always looking over your shoulder to the past bro, if you were on meds get a good lawyer and he will talk to the prosecutor and probably get you a good deal, once that is over move on

yeh thats what im going to do....i was just served with these papers and its like a kick in the rear end...ill see what the lawyer says tomorrow....this case and my dui all happened at the same time so i was in jail for the dui, if its more jail, whatever ill b out soon, i hope

nah, im not, i got in my papers i was served with sayin i wa son multiple meds and all mest up in the head, the cop gave me that, so imma see if the lawyer can use that against my case in some way....but im not one for using excuses. i shouldda known better then to sign that check
