Anyone ever see people like marathon runners, triathaletes,Tour Da France riders and extreme sports people live a long and healthy life? No,they are always on death's door step keiling over, having cancerous nuts removed, crapping blood and dying much younger than the garden variety slob that sits on a couch watching tv all day, swilling down Coke and beer, smoking and eating chips, pizza,Little Debbies and BBQ sauce on everything.

In my home town there was a guy that was in his mid 50's that croaked out of the blue at home that was a total fitness freak all his life. The guy had no hobbies except for working out and running endless miles. He would come home from work and run till it got dark. The guy was a fixture on all the bike trails and roads and highways before trails came along.

On his death bed he should have been calling Tod Marinovich saying,I never ate a Twinkie or a Big Mac in my life.

I have run three. Now I just run a few times a week but since quitting my job I have been able to run nearly every day. Running makes me feel better and think better.

okay- one good friend of mine-
was a cross country runner in high scool and college
he fvked up his knees from the pounding and had to stop running and switch to riding a bicycle
another good friend of mine played soccer in high scool and college and was a FANATiCAL runner for years
he is so ****ed up now at around 50 yrs old he can barely walk
he just keeps spending money going to doctors and chiropractors
he probably needs double hip replacements

I ran a train on a girl once. It was like a marathon except at the end I didn't piss or my jogging shorts. I actually did that on her chest.
