GREEK withdrawal policy

i put in a request for a withdrawal yesterday and planned on getting the money sent to neteller on monday.

i received an email from the accounts department detailing their new rules about verifying identification and didnt think much of it as faxing a passport isnt that big of a deal as mansion did the same thing

however since they didnt explain what documents they needed i gave them a quick call and told them id be sending in my passport photo shortly.

they explained that i had to also send in more documentation verifying my address.

i told them i didnt have anything like that as everything is in another persons name and to top it off i havent had a drivers license in over 5 years.

when i explained this to the supervisor she said the rules were clear and i wouldnt be receiving any withdrawal until the information was provided.

i also explained to her that these rules are no where to be found on the greeks site and if they were i never would have signed up

i also inquired why the policies of pinnacle, wsex, and betcris were so different than that of the greek and she explained it was the gaming commisions rules that they were enforcing. i told her i never agreed to these new rules upon signing up and expect my withdrawal on monday with a fax of my passport and if these "know your customer" rules were so important they would be enforced before i started wagering.

she said there is nothing she can do.

im really not sure what to do next or if SBR can help me out somehow in this situation.

If you want the money processed quickly, send them a bill that has your name and address on it. I used a credit card statement but only showed the bit with the card companies name and my name and address as I did not deposit by credit card.

You may get the money paid without it but not quickly.

TheGreek changed there policy a few months ago, after the big data base scare. There really isn't much we can do about there new policy, however you can always send us an email to Assistance@SportsbookReview.com if you want too.

Usually if you tell them you have nothing else except your passport they will process your withdrawal

I just think having to send a book a copy of a bill is a bit much...
