Last night I entered a tournament by choosing every 6th name on the list, and every 12th name on the list. And then used the rest of my money on the highest ranked center left. It turned out to be a lousy team, but it was very time efficient.

On the contrary. These companies are heavily backed by the giant sports leagues and some other big corporate investors (how do you think they were able to spend $15 million in weekly ads). The sports leagues and the other corporate investors have a lot of friends in Washington DC, and the Feds would be more apt to protect them. However, what we have is a little war brewing with ideological A.D's in NY and the pompous self-righteous Nevada Gaming Commission trying to "protect" their big fee paying "legal" gambling entities. The NY D.A. is a left-wing loon who is an attention whore, and the Nevada Gaming Commission is a front for some powerful state corporations that feel cheated.

While they won't have much to worry about regarding the Feds, the NY attorney generals office is pretty powerful, and as long as NY has the power to seize bank accounts, shutter any Fantasy sports NY located offices, and have the power to make arrests (these owners will end up living in Florida to prevent extradition), they will have their hands full. There's a lot of protected corporate and state money on the table for both sides in this fight, so neither will throw in the towel easily.

I put up 340.8 tonight.

I was 25th in a 2300 man field. It was a $5 tournament.

I won $40.

340 used to win tournaments....i had a really bad night. 6 different lineups surpassed 300, some didn't even cash...many of my other lineups had Chris Paul, and Morris. I'm getting frustrated.

I only used one lineup, used it in three different contests, and cashed in all of them. Pretty much made 8-1 on my money, but they were all super low dollar contests. I got lucky and didn't have Chris Paul or Blake Griffin.

I can see where this stuff can be frustrating, especially with the late scratches. Just keep plugging away, get your money in good, and hope for the best. It's a lot like poker in that regard. Hopefully you guys will continue to be able to play moving forward. It'll be interesting to see what happens.
