Having to use the pen 4 innings on every Joba start does nothing for them. If Wang gets designated or goes to the DL then Joba will have to stay a starter.

Ian Kennedy and Hughes will probably be called up sooner than later. I agree that Joba should not be in the starting rotation. He should probably be a long reliever instead of a starter. As bad as it sounds, Burnett will probably get injured again and there is no way Sabathia will be able to duplicate his half-year in Milwaukee again. Their pen is a glaring weakness and it will be exposed if their SPs cannot give them quality starts.
