A few thoughts from someone who watches almost every snap from both teams:

* MSU being 32-3 in their last 35 games and 6-1 in their last 7 vs Michigan has a confidence not seen against their rival in 40 years
* Michigan is on a 90-0 run, yes that's right, scored 90 straight points vs opponents not scoring at all
* Harbaugh inherited talent. Recruiting classes consistently in the top 15 under RichRod and Hoke. What he has done is give this team an identity and confidence.
* This MSU team is banged up. Best LB out for the year, two best DB's out for the year, and 3 questionable lineman today.
*MSU had played to their opponent so far this year, 0-6 ATS. They have not yet played even a good game, IMO.
* A handful of times in the past few years we have heard "Michigan is back," only to nosedive in the second half of the season when they play better competition. Are wins over BYu and Northwestern enough to convince otherwise?
* Keys to the game are 2fold, IMO.

Can UM run the ball for 4ish yards per carry? If not, I don't think Ruddock is good enough to beat MSU with a lot of passing yards

Will the banged up offensive line be able to protect Connor Cook?

I am on MSU +7.5, O40.5, and a little on MSU +225
