basically i will be booking reservations for the timeshare/hotel, all he asked was 1 question: "tell me a little about yourself" and then the rest of the time he talked about what i would be doing, and the hours etc... 9a-5p on sat and sun and 12p-8p during the week, i didn't ask about days off, he TOLD me ( I dont ask on first interview) the rate of pay which would be $11.00 an hour, i did ask a few questions such as is their opp. for advancement and he told me how he started in telemarketing 5 years ago and worked he was up to manager, he said he would let me know sometime next week and they may want me back for a second interview

Mike they will probably put him on the phones first 90 days to book appts to see if he can hang. Then they would probably offer him to sell timeshares.
