That's the thing: IMO, he looked great. Playing him on the wings from time to time was a great move and improved his game a lot! Plus, with Eberle out, I definitely thought his place was safe! To send him to the AHL in this situation was extremely surprising, and I absolutely don't get this move. This should have been his chance. Draisaitl said he is pissed about it as well.
