Well I don't condone stiffing at all, BUT, if you were in a situation where Pimike was after you, if you could just duck him til 2011 you would be safe.

To respond to the original question...You could steal someones ID, use their address, computer, etc., etc., but what happens when if you win? You'd have to go to their house and wait for the DHL guy to deliver the debit card and then sign for the package at this persons house. If they decided to send you a Moneygram, then you'd have to ask this person to pick it up. How would you explain that?

Maybe CW should always send the first payout by Moneygram to help deter this activity!

Of course this stuff has already happened, why do you think there are so many young chicks on the stiif page? Obviously it is boyfriends using girlfriends ID's, and the stupid girlfriends get fooled by the boyfriends to answer CW when they call. There are a lot of gullable young girls out there! Of course, these guys could have anyone answering the phones when they call to identify, like paying $5 to some crack whore off the street to do it.
