i find the best way to stop gambling is do what the Calvinists do...just keep yourself busy with other stuff. empty mind is the devil's playground they say.

also find some kind of release for your daily frustrations also helps. massage, working out, sports, reading, and express your discontent towards certain ethnicity with your friends. i would stay away from drinking or other vice while you trying to quit gambling cuz it'll just be a replacement and once you try to quit the other vice you'll just go back to gambling.

what do you think of that, mudcat.

take away all access to funds for gambling, its worked for me, i had to WANT to do that in order for it to work, i knew all the tricks to getting cash, had to smash that and without the ability to get cash, i can't gamble. Some would say what about CW? and i say i told them to close my account and ban me from it, so its gone too.

some would say, where there's a will there's a way, but for me, with the ability to get money, to scheme to get money gone, the desire to gamble is gone. I like having fun with it now.

I heard John Calvin was a big time gambler, casted lots all the time. **** Tulip.
Mr. Pico, have you quit gambling? how long did you gamble? how long have you stopped/quit for? why did you stop? how many times have you attempted to quit?

I have never been to GA, but I have friends that have gone and hated it and 2 that loved it. I don't gamble much myself.

wow, I never expected that there would be this many people on a gambling site that were quitting, wanted to quit, or have quit. Good for you Mr. Landers. Do you find you are more happy now? did/do you have withdrawal symptoms? Do you still follow sports alot and cap games mentally?
