Looking strong into Buffalo +20.5 @ Penn St

Buffalo is arguably the best offense in the MAC & certainly the most balanced. Put up 51 points & 467 yards last week (vs scrubs, but still they can score and move the chains) . Averaged 34 points/gm last season.

Penn St. has serious O-line issues giving up 8 sacks last week (twice as much as any other team), team must be deflated after the week 1 disaster.. don't see how they cover this and turn it around the next week. They haven't beat anyone by 3 td's in quite some time.

All my reliable sources have this at 7-11 point win for Penn St.

Laviano will be playing the entire game for Rutgers, unlike their last game where he was suspended for the first half.

Luke Falk isn't that good and he is banged up. Plus, they looked like hammered ass in the second half against Portland State who went on to beat them after trailing at halftime by 10.

Not to mentiom Rutgers beat them in Washington last year. I see rutgers winning this one by 7-14 points.

Kansas just got smoked at home by South Dakota St. They were down big and least by 3. Memphis should be a top 25 team and has one of the best offenses in football this year. This line is waaaay off bc Memphis has not been decent besides last year. They have one of the 10 best QBs in the country and should put up 50+.
