johnny may be the last drink i get before I get audited, if I get audited i will be drinking 3x as much in reality though fck the feds take boat loads out of every check and then expect me to file a return with no tax rule knowledge after a few drinks come audit me if you like!!!!!!!!! I'm declaring an extra 5k in income just to cover my ass if they audit me, I figure pay more than i have to now to help if I am audited and i'll get it back 10 fold later

listen. its easy. you dont have to pay more than you should. theres only 27 lines to fill out. im guessing ure single? no cjildren? no write offs?

all even easier. trust me. dont pay more if u dont have to. they wont catch it and return it. are u e-filing?

thats fine it should be put on i think 27a under "other income" (depending on ure state?)

You can write off all proven losses to proven winnings. so if u won 9k and have the receipts...whatever receipts u have in your possession u can write offf. so if u can prove 5 k losses...write 5 k off so ull be +4k

                          what state are u in?

dont get fance and write it all off because if you do get audited you have to prove it. if u dont prove it...you get fined plus taxed. not worth it.

honestly...if ure single...and paid through your employer...no way u should owe.

Um... I know it's not the IRS tax book... But something called the Constitution grants Congress the authority to levy an income tax...

How about if I fax you a copy of US code title 26? Do I still get the 100 bucks? If you dont understand that code, lets stick to the constitution. I beleive we went over that in fourth grade.

Where do these guys come from? South Dakota?

My guess boner is that if someone has the ability to make a statement like that he wont be paying any 100 dollar gambling debts.

                                        Oh well...we tried.

I owe $181. I had $4,400 in taxable jackpots, but it wasnt enough to cover my standard deduction. My win/loss statement did no good cause of that
