OK, so the toolbar on a Windows is on the bottom.

I somehow dragged it to the right side of the screen. How do I bring it back to the bottom of the screen

Lock that taskbar, boys. You'll poke your eye out one of these days.

Right-click on empty spot of the bar, then click on Lock the Taskbar.
