Wanting to give a complete review of this book is the reason I finally signed up. Prior to this, I had read a lot of negative things about Bet Online here, which frankly worried me as I carry a decent figure there.

Customer Service: B
A lot of canned responses, form replies, etc. But they are quick, and their live chat feature is one of the best in the industry.

Lines: A-

Laying -105 is a great perk. Dime line in baseball. Some very opinionated 2nd half lines in basketball which can be enticing sometimes and infuriating at other times. Example: An 8 point fav, down 6 at halftime, Betonline will put up a line like.. -4.5 -160 for the 2nd half.

Limits: A

Highest online limits I have seen... but they are hard limits.. can't call to get more. 5k on sides... 3k halftimes

Withdrawals: C

This is where they lag behind books like Bet Jamaica, The Greek, 5dimes etc. High withdraw fees and low limits and not nearly as speedy as the previous books I mentioned. Let me say that I have always been paid, and always within the time frames listed on their website. Bank Wires generally take in the 8-10 business day range, which to me is slow. Then again I am pretty impatient when it comes to payouts. I played at Bowmans years ago and I was used to bank wires hitting my account in 12-24 hours.

Overall: B+
I do not have any major complaints.. I am very pleased overall.. I think the complaints I have read here are pretty unfounded and they will not deter me from continuing playing there.

I've won more than a few and have not encountered this yet. One thing I forgot to mention that ticked me off was that they cut off my horse rebate with no notification. I had to find out when I asked where my rebate was from the previous day.

the 5k limit on outgoing wires (with shockingly no limit on incoming) at $75 a pop makes them more expensive than even bookmaker to get a large sum out. that and it takes 2 months.

I completely agree on the withdraw limits.. how you can have the limit set at the same amount of 1 single max wager is beyond me. I assume it is to lower the risk of raising some red flags but, I dont like it either.

They also charge 75 to withdraw 800 via ** or **. I can understand that to a degree... but a bank wire should cost no more than $30 and the limit should be higher.

Logged in today to find out my limits have been cut from 5k down to 1k

Now begins the slow process of drawing down my balance to a lower number to go with my reduced limits.

I'm not too mad.. Ive still been paid every time within their stated processing times.

I will be building my 5dimes and betjamaica balance back up as a result.

How can you not just use BetJam? This site sounds crappy at best. $80 for a ** withdrawl? Hell I haven't waited more than 10 hours for a withdrawl from Bet Jam and I have used them for over 3 years now.

BetOnline was run at one time by an Italian crime family, forgot what it was called before it was renamed BetOnline. Maybe thats why it's such a sh1tty book.
