They have a D rating which is one step away from F. Only play at A books if you want fast payouts. I only play at the books with the banners on top of the page because they have enough money to advertise and they pay me promptly when I win every week.

a free $1000 for someone with no income seems like a pretty sweet deal to me... a dime buys a lot of 99 cent cheeseburgers from McDonalds... I'm surprised no one has tried helping CW look for signups at home shelters, drug rehabs, etc... seems like a ripe place to help CW find a bunch of new clients for a percentage of their profits....

Out of thousands of CW customers I have heard only from 4 people max that they ever got a payout:

LT Profits
Richkas
Iwinyourmoney
Tsoprano

SBR has 4,000 posters at any time online according to the stats they provide on the bottom of the page but only 4 confirmed winners in almost a year. This is a big red flag not to play there when only 0.1% of the posters at SBR have ever gotten a payout.

I said 4,000 posters but it is actually 6078. So the confirmed winners are less than 0.1%. Big red flag not to play there.
