Reminds me of the Masters!

Remember when Fuzzy Zoeller said to the media after Tiger won his first Masters that they would have a fried chicken dinner the next year because the champ got to pick menu items.Back then,Fuzzy was a lovable bumbling class clown of the golf world.When Woods didn't handle it the right way and stayed silent and was miffed at his supposed friend Zoeller,all hell broke loose in the media over it.If I would have been Woods I would have joined up with a sponsor like KFC,Popeye's or Brown's chicken and damn well would have had fried chicken on the menu.Brown's would have increased market share by 100% if he picked them and he could have worked out a charity deal with them.I would have made a publicity production of what's supposed to be a low key hoity toity dinner.Woods had the perfect opportunity to smooth over race relations in this country with outdoing Fuzzy on humor.All the frat boy types like Mickelson and the rest who eat snails and quiche would have had real food for a change.

As it turned out,Zoeller lost all his endorsements and turned into a bitter old man over it where he walked on egg shells with his humor forever after.

Every nationality I know is connected to certain foods where everyone knows what will be served at their family events.My mom's side is eastern european and to my scandanavian and English-Irish friends they tease me and say they will be getting alot of sausage and kraut when they show up at an event.What's with blacks being so offended over being associated with liking fried chicken,watermellon and BBQ ribs?It's all great food.It's not like they get associated with eating fish head moyaca soup like Finlanders do.My Fin friends are proud they get teased over liking that.
