Those calls are a great idea. Leave it to JJ to come up with that. Too bad someone in SBR couldnt help arrange more of those.

But I think proper protocol is to let them know you are taping the call. (except with clerks)

I disagree with letting them know it's being taped. If they are a good book, they don't need to be told to be good while being evaluated. That is just preposterous.

Why let them know you are taping the call? If you want to fix the industry you need to expose bad books with bad customer service.

Paver the call had nothing to do with exposing anyone. All I did was try and get Nicky's limits raised because he is the sharpest guy in the industry.

It doesn't matter JJ. What you did was perfectly legal taping the conversation. A book should have nothing to hide when dealing with customers. As a future customer I need to know if my limits will be lowered too after I beat them with every penny I have in my name.
