Way back in the day very few places ever carded anyone. If you had the money you pretty much could play if you looked old enough. When i was 15 years old I played at Slot's a Fun across from the Riviera. They had quarter craps at the time. I learned how to play craps on that one trip as a dealer showed me how to pay out all based on units. To this day, I love that place and always go in just to relieve the memories. They always have great popcorn.

BTW - I think most caribbean casino's have an 18 year age limit. I know Crystal Palace and Atlantis are 18 even though you have to be 21 to check in to a room
